Sunflower Hills will be host to the 18th annual Kansas Golf Association Public Links Championship Saturday and Sunday, June 9-10.
A 36-hole stroke play event, there will be both gross and net divisions in three age groups: 25 and under; 26-49; and 50 and older.
Entrants must be “public golfers” and have an active USGA/GHIN handicap index through a public golf course that is a member of the Kansas Golf Association (KGA).
Head golf professional Jeff Johnson said Sunflower Hills will be closed in the morning from approximately 8-11 a.m. depending on the number of entrants.
The deadline for entering is 4 p.m. Friday, June 1.
The entry fee is $110 and golfers may register on-line at www.kansasgolf.org/championships/schedule/public-links or by calling the KGA office at 785-842-4833 and Ext. 201.
