ATTENTION PLEASE! Kiley Madison Lewis was last seen at 6:50 a.m. June 25th 2012, in Blue Springs, Mo. Kiley is 15 years old, she has hazel eyes and Auburn hair.
She is about 5' 8" and 160 lbs.
There is a dark brown birth mark on her left shoulder.
