Kobach, Ash among those named to Gilstrap Advisory Campaign

Kansas Senate candidate Mark Gilstrap has named his Advisory Campaign for the Republican nomination for the Kansas State Senate.

Gilstrap's supporters include several well-known conservatives and Republicans across the state.

"I am honored to have such a diverse group to assist me during this most important campaign season," Gilstrap said in a statement.

Among them is Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, named "honor chairman" for the Advisory Campaign.

Wyandotte County Sheriff Don Ash is also a part of the Gilstrap team.
