Larry Miller has been charged with one county of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer following his arrest on July 7 following a lengthy stand-off.
Miller was also charged with three counts of aggravated assault. He's accused of shooting at a police officer, who was not harmed, during a pursuit.
Police say Miller was involved in a stand-off at 78th and Armstrong Ave. on July 7.
Miller's currently in the Wyandotte County Jail. He's presumed innocent until proven guilty.
