Pardon the headline - I know it wasn't technically a hurricane that hit Kansas City, Kan., over the weekend.
Issac had lost most of its punch by the time the storm system dropped over eight inches of rain in some locations within the Kansas City metro area.
Still, KCK got nailed by a strong rain system last week.
