The victim from the homicide which occurred on 10/13/2012, in the 4300 block of Parallel Parkway has been identified. Marlon M. Lockett, black male, 06/24/77, was a Kansas City, Kan., resident. The victim’s family has been notified.
The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit is encouraging anyone with information regarding the incident to please call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
