F.L. Schlagle High School student Ramon C. Bradley was identified as the victim in a weekend homicide in Kansas City, Kan.
Bradley was discovered Sunday morning inside a car on Fairfax Avenue and River City Drive. He was found shortly after midnight in the area. He was shot to death.
No one else was injured in the shooting.
