February 26 snow leads to schedule changes for clinics of KU Hospital

The University of Kansas Hospital will remain open for patient care during the snowstorm expected Tuesday, Feb. 26. All scheduled surgeries will take place as planned.

However, The University of Kansas Physicians has announced all of its clinics in the Medical Office Building on the main campus will be closed. Patients with appointments are being notified.

All University of Kansas Cancer Center clinics will be closed for regular appointments and treatments, but the treatment area will be open at the Cancer Center in Westwood.

All of the hospital’s cardiology offices (Mid America Cardiology) in the region will be closed.

The hospital’s network of Jayhawk Primary Care offices will also be closed. Patients are being notified.
