Turner alum graduates from basic military training

Air Force Airman Nicholas J. Woolley graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Woolley is the son of Shauna Woolley of Oak Grove Road, Kansas City, Kan.

He is a 2012 graduate of Turner High School in Kansas City, Kan.
