Kansas City, Kan., police are investigating a shooting death in the 700 Block of Stewart Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.
Police arrived on the scene Monday morning at around 8:30 a.m. When they arrived in the area, they discovered a person had been shot dead inside of a van.
