KANSAS CITY, KAN. --- The Unified Government's TV network will be broadcasting tonight's candidate selection process to fill the At-Large District 1 seat.
For those who have Time Warner Cable, the process can be viewed on UGTV Channel 2 beginning at 7 p.m.
Candidate interviews will begin after the regularly scheduled Unified Government's Board of Commissioners meeting, which starts at 7 p.m.
The two finalists are Don Budd and former Unified Government Commissioner Nathan Barnes.
However, following a Kansas City Star report about both owing taxes to the county, both candidacies have come under fire - leading some to believe the reset button needs to be pushed.
