Grim and Ghastly

The Wyandotte County Historical Museum tempts the fates of the number 13 when it explores the grim and ghastly artifacts found hidden in storage. From the story of the hanging tree to Delaware Chief Ne-Con-He-Con's cemetery stone, visitors can learn the secrets of stories long locked away in the museum files.

From the famous to the infamous, Wyandotte County's dead holds the secrets of their lives in their graves. Join us as we take you through the cemeteries of Wyandotte County. Learn more about our early settlers to our sports heroes to our movie stars. Your host on the tour will be Trish Schurkamp, museum director of the Wyandotte County Historical Museum.

A Night of Wyandotte County Hauntings Tree    

Ever wonder what type of equipment paranormal investigators use? What different types of hauntings are there? What truly is behind that bump in the night?

Take a bus tour to all the haunted sites in Wyandotte County. We will meet at the Wyandotte County Historical Museum, 631 N. 126th Bonner Springs, KS at 6:45 p.m. Your host on the tour will be Trish Schurkamp, museum director, and Jennifer Tarwater, paranormal investigator.
