Heartland Habitat for Humanity ReStore to host electronic recycling event

News Release:
KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- If you have old computers, printers, and monitors that you need to dispose of, there will be an electronics recycling event on Saturday, November 16, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Heartland Habitat for Humanity ReStore located at 1270 Merriam Lane in Kansas City, Kansas.

The electronic recycling event is free and open to KC metropolitan residents only. It is not open to businesses, government, or institutions.

Items Accepted - Limit 10 Items Per Car
  • Computers, Printers, Monitors, and Scanners
  • Peripherals
  • Old TV sets and Cell Phones
  • DVD Players
  • Fax Machines, Personal Copiers
  • Stereos, Radios, Tape players, Turn tables
  • PDAs, Game Boys, VCRs, Cameras
