Laser pointer causes lockdown at Wyandotte High School

KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- Wyandotte High School was locked down Thursday morning due to a laser pointer.

Police were called to the high school at 25th and Minnesota Avenue at around 8:30 a.m.

The laser pointer was used by one student during a morning class. Another student believed the laser pointer was a gun.

No students were evacuated from the building.
