Wyandotte County Election Office announces new voting location by Kansas Speedway

KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- Wyandotte County voters will be able to cast advanced voting ballots at the Kansas Speedway this primary season.

A "satellite" location will be available on the speedway's southside, located at 110th Street and Interstate 70.

With the new location, registered voters can cast their ballots on Saturdays and the week before Election Day.

More information on all four methods voters can use in this year's primary election:
Early voting at the satellite location (south building at the Kansas Speedway)
        Hours:  Saturday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
        Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
        Dates:  Begins Saturday, July 26th, continues July 28th to August 2nd
        Location: Kansas Speedway at I-70 & 110th Street (Exit 410)
        This site will offer touchscreen voting only. No paper ballots.
 
Early voting at the Election Office (850 State Avenue)
        Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
        Dates:  Begins Tuesday, July 22nd and ends at 12 Noon on August 4th
 
Early voting by mail:
        Applications available now online at www.wycokck.org/election
        Ballots begin mailing July 16th
        Voted ballots must be returned by August 5th

Vote on Election Day, Tuesday, August 5th:
        Vote at your designated polling place
        Hours:  7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
