By NICK SLOAN, nick@kansascitykansan.com KANSAS CITY, KAN. ---- The Kansas City, Kan., Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a man wanted in connection to a recent rape case.
The rape occurred on Sept. 17 around Interstate 70 and Interstate 635.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 40's. He has graying hair and a tattoo of a red devil on his left bicep.
According to police, he was driving a dark blue or black Chevy Malibu with a Kansas license plate.
The last three digits of the license plate were either 917 or 971.
