KANSAS CITY, KAN. — The administrative offices and customer service lobby of the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) will be closed on Thursday, December 25th, 2014 for Christmas.
The BPU offices will also be closed on Thursday, January 1st, 2015 in observance of New Year’s Day.
Although BPU’s business offices are closed on holidays, emergency service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
