KCK's Urban Scholastic Center to host community forum on human trafficking

KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----Community forums on human trafficking will be held in seven cities across Kansas, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Kansas Department for Children and Families Secretary Phyllis Gilmore announced today.

These forums are being held to discuss ways to build awareness and capacity in local communities for prevention, intervention and restorative care for victims of human trafficking. Each event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the following locations:
