Greater Kansas City Interfaith Council to host discussion group

KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- The Greater Kansas City Interfaith Council announces a new current events discussion group. 

The first two sessions will be held at the Kansas City Public Library Waldo Branch, located at 201 East 75th Street on:
  • Sunday, March 22, at 3 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 26, at 3 p.m. 
All sessions are open to the public at no charge.

The theme for this series is "words and deeds of benevolent creeds."

Under the leadership of GKCIC board member Barry Speert, this group will share news stories that contain inspirational details of work being done in today's world reflecting the values and interdependence of various faith communities.
