Kristen
J. Shockley, 34, has been identified as the victim of yesterday’s car accident
near the General Motors Fairfax Plant.
Shockley
was a Janesville, Wisc., resident.
The
accident happened Monday morning and the accident remains under investigation
by the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department’s Major Case Unit and Traffic
Support Unit/Critical Response Team.
