Farrell G. Jones was last seen in the 4500 Block of Metropolitan Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.
Jones was driving away from the area in a 2000 extended cab Chevy Silverado. At the time, Jones was wearing a grey shirt and black denim jeans.
According to a KCKPD news release, Jones is 5'10" and weighs 155 pounds. He has grey hair and blue eyes.
The police department also says Jones suffers from dementia and is insulin dependent.
