Missing child found, police looking for father; UPDATE: Pulliam in custody with Wyandotte County's Sheriff's Office

A missing 7-month-old baby was found alive after being reported missing earlier this morning in Kansas City, Kan.

Lorenzo Pulliam Jr., was reported missing earlier Thursday morning in KCK. The baby was found and was not harmed.

Meanwhile, the Kansas City, Kan., Police Department identified 28-year-old Lorenzo M. Pulliam in connection to a double-shooting that happened overnight, according to a statement from the police department.

One person was killed in the shooting, which happened at around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday morning in the area of W. 45th Avenue and Mission Road.

Along with the fatality, one other person was wounded in the shooting. No information about the victim has been released. The dead individual was found in a bedroom inside the home.

Pulliam was last seen driving a tan 1996 Lincoln Continental with the Kansas license plate 436BMM.

UPDATE 12:46 p.m.: The Wyandotte County Sheriff's Office reported that Pulliam has turned himself in. He's currently in custody. KCTV 5 has reported he turned himself in on a bench warrant that's unrelated to the events of today.
