The Unified Government Board of Commissioners approved the issuance of $30 million in revenue bonds for an apartment complex in Western Wyandotte County.
The 332-apartment complex will be located on the north-side of State Avenue at 122nd Street.
The apartments, which are classified as "Class A," will range from one-room to two-rooms.
PH Apartments 332, LLC is the developer of the project.
