LINK: Bonner Springs drops ban on pit bull ownership

BONNER SPRINGS, KAN. ----- Starting today in Bonner Springs, residents who live in the city can now own pit bulls again.

Fox 4 reports that the Bonner Springs City Council unanimously voted to overturn the ban.

Bonner Springs resident Debi Baker lobbied for the change after her dog was picked up by animal control last May.
