KANSAS CITY, KAN. — The administrative offices and customer service lobby of the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) will be closed on Monday, January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.Day.
Although BPU’s business offices are closed on holidays, emergency service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
