Coach Factory announces permanent location at Legends Outlets Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, KAN. – Legends Outlets Kansas City announces today that luxury brand Coach is permanently extending its stay and nearly doubling its space at Kansas City’s signature designer outlet shopping destination based on continued success and high demand for its designer accessories at significant savings.

The larger, permanent location will officially open late fall of this year.

“Shoppers have wanted a Coach store for years. RED Legacy and KKR anticipated the pop-up location at Legends Outlets would perform well, but the reality of its success is beyond anything we predicted,” said Dan Lowe, founder and senior managing partner at RED Legacy. “The permanent location will make an excellent addition to the more than 100 designer outlets, dining, entertainment and other retail options at the center,” Lowe said.

Entering its tenth month at Legends Outlets, the area’s first Coach Factory pop-up location opened on May 22, 2014 as the nation’s third location of the new concept.

Coach Factory has consistently received positive response from shoppers in the Kansas City metropolitan area and across the Midwest seeking the high-quality brand at a value price.

Coach Factory will occupy Backfire BBQ’s former 8,337-square-foot space next to Jazz, A Louisiana Kitchen at 1855 Village West Parkway, Suite G-101.

While construction for the new location is underway, Coach Factory will remain open in its temporary space at 1867 Village West Parkway, Suite D-105.

The permanent location will expand the options to offer highly requested products from multiple Coach lines at up to 70 percent off full retail prices including a selection of high-end leather goods, handbags, footwear, apparel and accessories for women.

Coach Factory joins other recent additions at Legends Outlets, including the new Eddie Bauer Outlet and Express Factory Outlet, opening this month.
