KANSAS CITY, KAN. ----- A Kansas City, Kan., man was killed after he was hit on Interstate 435 late Thursday night near Shawnee Mission Parkway.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Shaun P. Robinson was trying to cross the highway on foot when he was hit by a vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle stopped after Robinson was hit, which was around 10 p.m. on Thursday evening.
An investigation is on-going.
Robinson was 26 years old.
